We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw the quote upon physical inspection if the vehicle’s condition does not match the information you provided.
2. User Obligations

3. Vehicle Pick-up and Payment
We will arrange for the pick-up of your vehicle at a mutually agreed upon time and location. Payment for your vehicle will be made at the time of pick-up, after we have verified the vehicle’s condition and received the signed title. Acceptable forms of payment will be communicated to you prior to the pick-up.
4. Title and Ownership
Title to the vehicle will transfer to us upon our receipt of the properly executed title from you and our payment to you. You agree to execute all necessary documents to legally transfer the title to us.
